Truck Delivery:
The delivery truck will park at the nearest and safest location of your home, and you are responsible for receiving the product from the truck. If you are ordering a large item, you may need additional persons to help unload and carry it inside.

Packaging: The product will be left in the original packaging.
Liftgate: Available for additional fee (machine to bring the items to the ground).

Additional services may be available through the truck delivery company to assist you in moving the item from the truck into your home. Once we have provided you with the tracking information, you may contact the carrier directly and inquire about these additional services. You will be responsible for paying the trucking service for the additional services directly.


Additional Shipping Information for Truck and White Glove Deliveries:
Shipment tracking information will be provided to you via email once available. The delivery service provider will be in contact with you by email or phone to schedule a 2-4 hour window for delivery.  Most truck companies offer appointments between 8:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M., Monday through Friday.
