    Woven Rugs
    Should be professionally flat washed or dry cleaned. Hand wash: wash with soap in lukewarm water. Rub with a soft brush and rinse carefully. Hang the rug from the long side so that the water can run off. The rug may become a little "bubbly", but this disappears after a while.

    Tufted Rugs
    Should be professionally flat washed with foam. For best results, use textile shampoo, a soft brush and not too much water. Do not spin dry! Do not dry clean!

    Knotted Rugs
    Should be professionally flat washed or dry cleaned. Shake the rug outdoors occasionally in order to lift the pile.

    Tufted Shaggy Rugs
    Should be professionally flat washed with foam. For best results, use textile shampoo, a soft brush and not too much water. Do not spin dry! Do not dry clean! Shake the rug outdoors occasionally in order to lift the pile.

    Important
    Never dry rugs in a tumble drier or drying cupboard. Hang the rug up to dry. It is important that the rug does not lie damp for too long.
